Flower Delivery Information

We offer delivery Monday - Saturday anywhere in the Comox Valley. Place your online order by 11AM (PST) for same-day delivery. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Order flowers online for in-store pickup at our Comox location from Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our flower shop. Orders typically arrive between 9 AM and 6 PM, depending on our driver’s route that day. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or high holiday demand and cannot be guaranteed. If you require a specific delivery time, reach out to us for a courier quote.

Delivery Process

To help us deliver your order smoothly, please provide accurate and complete details, including the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and any special instructions. Timed deliveries are only available with a courier service—please contact us for a quote.

Our team takes great care in packaging and delivering your flowers professionally and on time. However, once delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the flowers.

If the Recipient is Unavailable

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver the flowers and may call the recipient using the phone number(s) provided. If we are unable to reach them, the flowers will be left at the designated delivery location.

Please note that once the flowers have been delivered or left at the location, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. If you have concerns about the security of the delivery location, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If an incorrect address is provided and we are unable to reach the recipient, the flowers will be rerouted back to the shop and additional delivery fees may apply.

Please note that once a delivery is completed, the address cannot be changed, picked up, or redirected.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 AM. If you need a special accommodation, please call the shop to speak with a florist—we’ll do our best to help!
