Mobile Refill FAQ
What is the mobile refillery?
Our Mobile Refillery is a convenient way to stock up on your favourite home, bath, and body products without ever leaving home. Simply place your refill order online, leave your clean, labeled containers outside your door by 9am and we’ll come to you to refill your existing containers. It’s an easy, sustainable way to reduce waste and keep your essentials topped up — no single-use packaging, no hassle.
How do I place an order?
From the “mobile refillery” section of the website, select your items and quantities. Only items available in Mobile Refillery section of the website are available as a part of our Mobile Refillery service. Please also keep in mind the size of the containers you have when selecting quantity. When checking out select local delivery, orders over $35 can receive free local delivery with code MONDAYFREE.
What areas do you deliver to?
Our mobile refillery is currently servicing Comox at this time. If ordered outside of V9M postal codes your order will be cancelled.
Do I need to have my own containers?
Yes. You will need to have your own containers (any jar/vessel/container is okay as long as it is clean and labeled)
What happens if I forget to leave my empties out?
If empties are not left out the order will be cancelled and a $10 no show fee will be deducted from order refund.
When will my refill be delivered?
Refill orders are fulfilled every Monday, please have your order in by midnight the night before in order to have your order fulfilled that week. Any orders placed after midnight will be included in the following weeks deliveries. Orders will be delivered between 9am-2pm.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as your containers are out, clean and labeled we will refill them. Is there a delivery fee or minimum order amount?

Which products are available for refills?
Our Wildflower Mercantile home line will be available as well as some select items from Mint and Bare Home.
What should I do with leftover product or residue in my container?
If your container isn’t totally empty yet thats okay! Our refills are done by weight so the product in there won’t impact the refill. However, please keep in mind if the container provided does not have enough space for the volume of the refill you requested, we will only fill what we can and there will be no refunds issued.
Can I include a gift or add-on with my refill order?
Absolutely! We would love to make all your shopping easier! If there are other items from the shop that you would like to purchase with your refills, simply add them to your cart before checking out and we’ll bring them with us! Just keep in mind that if you aren’t home they will be left outside the door.
